Yanagi 240mm Left-hand

Yanagi (柳) is good for slicing fish. Long and single bevel blade is difficult to use.

Recommend for skillful users. 

Single bevel for left handed. 

The edge of the initial condition may be not very sharp.

Users need to sharpen it as they like.
