Yanagi 150mm Double bevel
Yanagi (柳) is good for slicing fish. Double bevel blade is easy to use. It's good for meat, vegetable too.
Handle is D-Shape. It's good for right handed.
The edge of the initial condition may be not very sharp.
Users need to sharpen it as they like.
