Unagi Double bevel

Double bevel of Unagi knife is good for both right handed and left handed.

The edge of the initial condition may be not very sharp.
Users need to sharpen it as they like.

Recommend to clean by rust remover before using.
If you want to prevent oxidation perfectly, apply oil after washing.
